   Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
   We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
   We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary due to device settings.
3. Orders and Acceptance
   Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message.
   We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
   Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via phone.
4. Payment Terms

We accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Mobile Financial Services (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
Online payments (if applicable)

Full payment must be made before order processing for prepaid orders.

5. Delivery Policy
   Delivery is available across Bangladesh.
   Delivery time: 2–5 working days (inside major cities), 3–7 working days (outside cities).
   Delivery charges will be added at checkout.
   Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
   Customers may request exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
   Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
   No return/exchange for discounted or clearance items unless defective.
   Customers must provide unboxing video proof for claims regarding damaged or incorrect products.
7. Refund Policy
   Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
   Delivery charges are non-refundable.
   Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
8. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, logos, and designs, are the property of [Your Shop Name] and protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Bangladesh. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. User Responsibilities
